Prevention-based care
Maximizing the health and well-being of all patients through the art, science and philosophy of chiropractic
Dr. Sarah Duncan
Welcome to the family!
I’m so thrilled to be a part of the wellness journey for your animals. As a lifelong pet owner, equestrian and animal care enthusiast, chiropractic care is one of the most amazing gifts I get to offer the world. I’m guided by the principle of Lasting Purpose: To live an inner-directed life, to give, to do, to love, to serve, out of my own abundance. I believe in innate intelligence and the body’s ability to heal itself, and I know that chiropractic care is the roadmap to amazing health.
"If you can heal the symptoms but not affect the cause, it’s quite a bit like trying to heal the gunshot wound with gauze”
- Trey Anastasio
What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a philosophy, science and art. Animal chiropractic can be used as part of an integrative wellness program to maintain an animal’s health, as healthy animals are also candidates for receiving chiropractic care. Maintaining proper movement allows for optimal function of muscles, nerves, tendons, and ligaments, which leads to improved mobility, flexibility, endurance, performance, and decreased risk of injury. In addition, due to chiropractic’s effect on the nervous system, dysfunction often leads to issues such as pain, stiffness, delayed healing, poor digestion, sleep disturbance and behavioral changes.
